Fun Memories

Dear Parents and Students,

Another exciting week has flown by.  We had an excellent Field Trip!  This was definitely one I will always remember.  It was fun learning together outside of school.

Next week is our IOWA Test Week.  Students, no homework will be assigned during this week.  Please make sure that you have a good night’s rest every night and eat a proper breakfast before school every day.  Also pack a healthy snack for each day and arrive at school on time. 

No Spelling Test, or any other tests, will take place during the IOWA Test Week.

Curriculum Progress for Week 14:

Math:  We will continue with Chapter 20.

English:  We will keep focusing on writing an opinion essay.

Reading:  We will do activities based on our first selection of Theme 6, titled Pepita Talks Twice.

Social Studies:  We will continue with Chapter 11.

Parents and Students, remember to reserve tickets for our musical, Annie.  There are also tickets available at the office for friends to go along.  This is going to be the show of the decade!  J 

Our Student of the Week is Angus Murray-Nobbs.  He did a great job on the tests this week and his improvement is clearly noticeable.
